Qualification		B.Sc. Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
Experience		8 ~10 Years of relevant experience
Job Requirement & Description		The candidate should have hands on experience in proposals development/writing and/or bid response work. The candidate should have managing the overall proposal effort, ensuring compliance with the Requests for Proposals and responsiveness to the clients requirements, Individual should have experience in all phases of proposal development including: preparation, revision, submission, gathering input from other departments, internal review, and coordination with upper management, contractors etc.   Must possess dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management, excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
